every time i try to make a clan it says that clan does not exist i was wondering if it was a bug or something else i tryed makeing a clan but never works the clan name is C & C

i am a clan but if you click on it it will say clan does not excist

you can only use english characters in names, I would think this is probably the problem but i cant say for sure.
